What I see is a mother.
A mother who represents freedom.
A mother who represents love.
A mother who is able to represent every feeling, every thought through its organs and its colours.
And I see us.
Us, as part of her. We’re here to explore.
To be born.
To be given.
To pretend to be independent and to hurt.
To think we know more and to challenge it. To aspire change and liberation.
I see a cycle we see within ourselves, with our mothers; with our parents. I see each generation as a representation of each year we live. Dependence. Questioning. Challenging. Independence. Acknowledgement. Redemption.
